Is this covered by Medicare?

No. Medicare does not cover non-medical in-home care. Our 24-Hour Care services are private-pay, with flexible options tailored to each family’s specific needs.

What’s the difference between 24-hour care and live-in care?

With 24-hour care, caregivers work in shifts to provide continuous coverage — ensuring someone is always awake and alert. Live-in care typically involves one caregiver who stays in the home but requires sleep breaks.

Can I customize how many hours of care we receive?

Absolutely. We’ll work with you to design a care schedule that meets your loved one’s needs — whether that means full 24-hour coverage or extended daytime and overnight support.

Are your caregivers trained for nighttime supervision?

Yes. Our dementia-certified caregivers are experienced in providing overnight assistance, including mobility help, medication reminders, and safety monitoring.
