Taking flight, award-winning home care agency Hummingbird Care Services celebrates Premiere Event at new location with healthcare professionals and business community

Among a distinguished list of guests from the Chambers of Commerce to partners in the health resources organizations, Hummingbird Care Services, unveiled its exclusive programs and services in detail, Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at its new and remodeled offices, 2845 20th Street, Vero Beach, Fl, adjacent to the Senior Resource Association. Special guest, Jessica D. Olavarria, FNP-C, LAP, FMACP, and owner, Gaia Functional Medicine, was delighted with the event, “It’s lovely; it’s beautiful; it’s very Hummingbird.”

With a vision to cultivate a world where aging in place is safe, supported, and celebrated through care that uplifts client, caregiver, and community, Hummingbird Care Services continues to distinguish itself as the homecare agency of choice. The validated recognition shines through awards, including Best Homecare Agency of Vero Beach and Florida.

Of great interest to guests: The SafetyNet Program, featuring the best technology available to reduce hospitalizations up to 40% and The Nestbound Journey, the safest process for transition to home from hospitals and rehabilitation centers with security and peace of mind.

Hummingbird Care Services CEO, Colby Bechtold, RN, is deeply grateful to all of the guests, partners, and friends in joining the momentous occasion, making it special and memorable. “The event is really just the beginning of this new chapter as we continue to grow and strengthen resources, through our compassion and technologies to the senior population that is so deserving to safely age in place.”

In demonstration of such pride and service to community is the Unveiling of the Hummingbird Care Services Bell —where we ring not for glory, but for the difference we make.”
